I used this for around a month, got really good focus, good pumps and no crash, also tastes great.

Would really recommend this for people who struggle to get into the gym after a hard days work and experienced trainers who are looking for the edge.

One thing to be aware of is that this is a very potent formula, I have used nearly all pre workout supps and found this to be one of the stronger ones so 1 scoop is more than enough even for the experienced guys imo. (Posted on 22/01/2012)

Have been taking F=MA for around 2 weeks now, has made a huge difference to my training. I have tried many PW's such as jack3d and xplode and I would say F=MA gives you the charge and energy without the crash of the other supplements.
