Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase...no problem! All you will need to do is contact us and we will send you a quick and simple ‘Returns Form’ along with the details on where to send your returned items. It is as easy as that!

If an exchange or refund is required, then the item should be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the payment of the return postage, the original delivery cost and the delivery cost of the new exchanged item sent to you.

Refund
For items that require a refund, you will be responsible for the payment of the return postage and the original delivery cost. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of us receiving the items with notification confirmed by email.

We recommend that all returns are sent by ‘Recorded Delivery‘ to ensure we receive the items. We do not take responsibility for items that are lost in the post. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the items returned are deemed to be damaged or dampened with.

If an item is returned to us because no one at the delivery address is able to receive the items (or collect the items from the relevant depot) or if you refuse a correct delivery, the items will be refunded minus the original delivery cost and the cost of the delivery back to us.

Please note mouth guards, groin protectors, compression shorts or any items listed as ‘Clearance’ or 'Special Order' are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Any items returned without enclosing a complete ‘Returns Form‘ will not be processed and will delay your exchange or refund.
